Clubhouse Drawing Approved by MBSJ

The developer has received approval from MBSJ on the proposed clubhouse drawing.

Facilities @ this proposed clubhouse include:
- Child Care Centre
- Gym
- Multi Purpose Hall
- Swimming Pool
- Badminton Court
- Tennis Court
- Restaurant

    I'm one of the residents at Bayan Villa. Do you know what is the expected date of completion of the clubhouse?
